Precision Analog
Apex Microtechnology's radiation tolerant devices are tested to maintain operability after exposure to certain levels of radiation.

Apex's RT devices include radiation data for HDR, ELDRS, and SEE testing in addition to TID lot traceability and PIND data.
PA07R - Apex and TOP-electronics

The PA07R is a 100V, 5A operational amplifier designed to drive resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads.

For optimum linearity, especially at low levels, the output stage is biased for class A/B operation using a thermistor compensated base-emitter voltage multiplier circuit.

A thermal shutoff circuit protects against overheating and minimizes heatsink requirements for abnormal operating conditions.

The safe operating area (SOA) can be observed for all operating conditions by selection of user programmable current limiting resistors.

The amplifier is internally compensated for all gain settings. For continuous operation under load, a heatsink of proper rating is recommended.

The PA08R is a high voltage power operational amplifier designed for output voltage swings up to ±145V with a dual supply, or a 290V single supply.

This power amplifier delivers high accuracy via a cascode input circuit configuration. All internal biasing is referenced to a zener diode fed by a FET constant current source.

As a result, the PA08R features an unprecedented supply range and excellent supply rejection. Target applications for this POA include electrostatic transducers, deflection circuits and programmable power supplies.

The PA08R is a hybrid product design housed in an electrically isolated, hermetically sealed 8-pin TO-3 metal package.

For continuous operation under load, a heatsink of proper rating is recommended.

90W Medical Adapter - FSP090M Series - FSP Power

FSP group has released new 90W medical grade, single output desktop adapter, FSP090M series.

With a universal input voltage range of 90-264 VAC ( IEC-320/C14 or IEC 320/C6 AC inlet ), variety of DC output voltages alternatives (12V, 15V, 19V, 24V), and certified with Medical safety IEC 60601-1 & IEC 62368-1, Class I design (with safety-protected earth) isolation

The FSP090M is an ideal choice for low to medium powered (up to 90W continuous power @ 40°C ) medical devices such as ECG Monitor, Respirators and portable oxygen concentrators to name a few.

The new FSP090M series presents an outstanding No Load Power Consumption ≦ 0.21W, making it compliant with DOE Energy Efficiency Level VI. This high efficiency quality mark not only aligns with potential energy savings for end users but also promotes extended product life and system reliability.

On top of that, all models meet EN 55011 conducted and radiated emission (Class B) , High altitude 5000M operation and compliance with most updated ROHS requirements.

Incremental encoders - AMT13A series - CUI Devices

This encoder supports larger shaft sizes from Ø9mm to Ø15.875mm (5/8 inch). 

It is not subject to silicon related lead time constraints and can serve as a drop-in replacement for AMT13 encoder models. The AMT13A encoders offer 16 quadrature resolutions from 96 to 4096 PPR, selectable via an on-board DIP switch.

Thanks to CUI Devices’ proprietary capacitive ASIC technology, the AMT13A series delivers high levels of durability, accuracy, and immunity to environmental factors.  

It features compact radial and axial package types with a locking hub for ease of installation and low power consumption of 8 mA at 5 V. And also carries an operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C and offers differential line driver versions. 

The AMT13A-V kit affords users further flexibility during development and design with the inclusion of 9 different sleeve bore options from 9 mm to 15.875 mm and three simple mounting tools.

These all-in-one kit components combine to simplify the installation process onto a motor and greatly reduce SKU count in production.

Ultra low power MCU now available in QFN Package - Ambiq

The Apollo3 Blue - Ultra-Low Power System on Chip with integrated Bluetooth Low Energy, the Arm@ Cortex@-M4F core to 96 MHz while lowering the active power consumption to <6uA/ MHz.

This combination dramatically reduces energy consumption while still enabling abundant application processing power to add greater capability and extended life to battery-operated devices.

These products are already extremely successful in low-power wearable devices, with the expansion with this QFN package, the product becomes very suitable for applications that do require ultra low-power but do not have size limitations. The benefit of using the QFN over a CSP or BGA package makes routing easier and the PCB is cheaper.
