1600W CRPS Redundant Power Supply Module - FSP Group FSP group has lunched a new high power 1600W redundant power supply module, based on CRPS 2.0 standard (Cold Redundancy Power Supply ) Module, FSP1600-2Q01A, to fulfil the power hungry requirement of Data center, storage and AI / Edge servers. In addition to its active current sharing function and cold redundancy feature, both essential when connecting a multiple number of modules in parallel, the module also designed to be hot swappable without system shut down- a critical factor at 24/7 operations environment such as a data center. FSP1600-2Q01 works with universal input voltage range of 90 to 264 Vac or HVDC Input range of 180 to 310Vdc, uses a unique active PFC (Power Factor Correction) circuit design with high-load electrical components . It supplies up to 1600W, with output rails of +12.2VDC / up to 130.3A and +12.2Vsb / up to 3A, housed in a compact 185 x 73.5 x 40.5 mm, 1U rack mountable chassis, with operating temperature range of 0 to 55°C (full load) . To ensure a safe operation of the module, it supports OVP, UVP, OCP, OTP and SCP protection on all outputs, followed by CB 62368 certification (UL, TUV, CE, CCC). The module meets 80 Plus Platinum Efficiency standard, achieving up to 94% outstanding efficiency at 50% load (230Vac) to reduce power loss, heat waste and improve system reliability, reaching MTBF (SR-332 Issue 2): 250,000 hours of continuous operation at 35°C, 100% output load. Finally, its equipped with PMBus 1.2 Communication Protocol Interface, for real-time digital power management.

AMT24 absolute encoders for large shaft sizes - Same Sky Same Sky is introducing a new series to its innovative AMT absolute encoder family. It is designed to support larger motor shaft sizes from 9 mm to 15.875 mm (5/8 inch). The AMT24 series, based on Same Sky’s proprietary capacitive ASIC technology, brings the same high levels of durability, accuracy, and immunity to environmental particles as existing AMT encoder models. Outputting 12 bits or 14 bits of absolute position information with single-turn or multi-turn output options, the AMT24 utilizes a high-speed RS-485 protocol for fast, low latency position data. It offers low power consumption of 16 mA at 5 V, a wide operating temperature range from -40 to 105°C, and high accuracy of ±0.2 mechanical degrees. The digital nature of the AMT24 series also allows users to set the zero position via Same Sky’s AMT Viewpoint™ GUI or the encoder’s RS-485 protocol. Additionally, the digital interface of the AMT24 encoder can be used to set addresses for multiple encoders sharing the RS-485 bus. The AMT24-V kit affords users further flexibility in their design with the support of 9 different sleeve bore sizes from 9 mm to 15.875 mm and simple mounting tools under a single SKU.
