8-Channel Parallel High Voltage Driver

The new AIC1513 is a rigid, low-cost general purpose high voltage driver IC with 8 parallel push-pull outputs.
The device has been designed for harsh industrial applications and allows a wide application area. The high voltage push-pull outputs are well protected against possible latch-up by using the bulk-drain diodes of the output MOSFETs and their full dielectric isolation.
External output resistors can be used to limit the maximum power dissipation of the device, allowing the outputs to be run in parallel. The IC also allows the use of an external resistor to set the switch-on time of the outputs and provides protected direct transistor gate inputs.

The AIC1638 is an integrated receiver amplifier designed for high-sensitivity photo diodes.
Filtering ambient light and amplifying the detected pulses from a photo diode, the conditioned signals are used for driving a current mirror output stage.
Due to the integrated polarity protection the device can be used in a multiplexed configuration, simplifying the wiring of the application.
The AIC1638 is optimized to minimize the need for external components. It can be used for light sensing applications ranging from a few millimeters to several meters.

HI-MOD ETS is a series of stepper motors with integrated EtherCAT drive. It is equipped with STO Function, based on battery-less, multi-turn absolute encoder and recently upgraded to enable 140Vdc power supply.
These series are also able to deliver torque at medium-high speeds up to 140% of the medium-voltage equivalent.
The combo units offer increased power, new M12 connectors and optimized encoder feedback.
