The new SOT26-001, is a highly integrated, compact single point direct Time of Flight (dToF) sensor module which integrates a VCSEL emitter, a single photon avalanche diode (SPAD) sensor, microlens, Time Digital Converter (TDC) and MCU. Small size: 4.4×2.4×1.0 mm

This sensor uses dTOF technology, built in sunlight suppression and anti cover dirt algorithm. The measurement accuracy is not affected by reflectivity of the target object in different environments, and can achieve accurate ranging of up to 4m.

AIC1508, 8-Bit HV Parallel Driver IC - Apex Microtechnology

The AIC1508 is a rigid, low-cost general purpose high voltage driver IC with 8 high voltage push-pull outputs. The device has been designed for harsh industrial applications and allows a wide application area.

The outputs can drive capacitive and resistive loads such as piezoelectric transducers, electroluminescent devices and micro-mechanical actuators. The maximum operating voltage is 300V, and each output has a source-sink capability of up to 40mA.

Target applications include driving capacitive actuators, piezo transducer excitation, and electro-luminescent displays.

The AIC1532 is a 32-bit serial to parallel converter IC with 32 high voltage push-pull outputs and TTL compatible input signals.

The outputs are designed to drive capacitive and resistive loads.
An internal protection function monitors the logic supply voltage (VDD) and disables all output transistors of the high voltage push-pull outputs if an undervoltage condition is detected. Output supply voltage ranges from 30-230V.

Target applications include driving capacitive actuators, piezo transducer excitation, and electro-luminescent displays.

The EM060K-EA is powered by a Snapdragon® X12 LTE Modem from Qualcomm Technologies Inc which adopts 3GPP Release 12 technology. It supports 4G, 3G and GNSS with a theoretical peak date rate of 300 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink on the LTE network.

The charger has a streamlined appearance and a compact size of only 202x132x69mm/2.2kg. It is designed with a small, compact, high-efficiency concept and has an IP65 rating to provide protection against dust, dirt, and water.

By using FAN cooling within a fully enclosed mechanical enclosure, the surface temperature remains effectively lower. Custom cables, connectors, and charging profiles are possible to meet your specific needs.

Optional integration of the CANBUS protocol further enhances adaptability. This on-board charger is applicable in various settings, including e-bikes, e-scooters, AGVs, and AMRs.
